Our engagement model has four phases. There's no obligation between any of them. Each phase delivers standalone value, so you can stop at any point with something useful in hand.
Phase 1
Discover
Fixed fee. Four weeks. No obligation to continue.
We start by understanding your business — not your tech stack (that comes later). We interview stakeholders, map workflows, and identify where AI has real leverage. At the end, you get a clear-eyed assessment: here's what's worth building, here's what's not, and here's what it would take.
This phase exists so you can evaluate us with minimal risk. If the assessment isn't valuable, you haven't committed to anything larger.

Phase 2
Pilot
Prove capability on 2-3 high-value use cases.
We pick the opportunities with the best ratio of impact to effort and build working prototypes against your actual systems. Not demos — functional tools your team can use.
The goal is to prove that AI works in your environment before committing to a full build.

Phase 3
Build
Full production implementation.
Prototypes become production systems. We handle the engineering — integrations, error handling, monitoring, security — and work alongside your team so they understand what's running and why.
Everything we build is yours. No vendor lock-in. No proprietary platforms.

Phase 4
Support & Grow
Ongoing partnership, not a retainer.
AI systems need tuning. Business needs change. We stay available for optimization, new use cases, and the inevitable "can we also make it do this?" requests.
This isn't a maintenance contract — it's a relationship. You call when you need us.
What this isn't
This isn't a strategy engagement that ends with a PDF. We build working software.
